Scarpetta ‘Frico’ Friulano – Friuli
Friuli Venezia Giulia, the northeast corner of Italy, is home to great aromatic whites. The light, gravelly soil of the western part of Friuli is perfect for producing light, aromatic, crisp white wines. This Friulano is clean with a zesty white grapefruit flavor, and pairs well with grilled fish, green vegetables and salad.
Guidobono Nebbiolo – Piedmont
A great introduction to the highly acclaimed Nebbiolo grape that is responsible for producing some of the most elegant wines from the Barolo and Barbaresco district of Piedmont. Well balanced with great structure of textures and ripe berry flavors.
Cantele Primitivo – Pulgia
Primitivo is considered the ‘Red Zinfandel’ of southern Italy. This is full of character with robust flavors of dark berries, followed by firm textures and a pleasantly smooth finish.
